At FlavaHouse Network LLC, we take pride in delivering bold, high-quality flavor with KC’s Blessings All-Purpose Seasoning. Because this is a consumable food product, we maintain specific guidelines to ensure safety, quality, and fairness for all customers.

📦 All Sales Are Final (Food Safety Policy)

Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used seasoning products.

This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality for every customer.

🚚 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We’ve got you covered if something isn’t right.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description

Once reviewed, we will:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Issue a refund, at our discretion

📭 Lost or Missing Packages

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please first check with neighbors or your local carrier
  • If still unresolved, contact us within 5 days of delivery status

We will work with you to determine the best resolution.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
